We know that Cholo Dogs are delicious. There's no debate about that. However – there was much debate about the branding. What colors should we use? What logomarks should we use? What graphic assets should we design to maximize the potential for this brand?

All questions that we answered after we grabbed a 2-4-$10.

MAKING BRANDING AS FUN AS POSSIBLE

THE SOLUTION

We had fun conducting a very in-depth research process for this one. Mexican street culture is diverse and colorful. It's representative of the great feats and flavors that have come from the country. Nothing louder than Luchadores and Mexican infused spices. All of which helped to build the color palette, iconography, and type styles that we chose.

Ron Jon's Automotive is a staple in the Orlando area. They've been servicing cars, fixing brakes, keeping the AC cold, and helping locals stay on the road since the 70's – it's about time they got a brand refresh that said "new" without losing the reputation.
